Sleeping with Sirens — Episode 5

About this show

A lavish party at sea turns into a nightmare when a blood moon rises. Publicly humiliated by his classmate Damon, Kane barely has a chance to stand up for himself before sirens overrun the Charon, trapping everyone aboard. With the ship under their control, the human guests are forced to serve as its crew: diving into the depths to clean the hull, preparing a feast for a vampire queen, and serving supernatural gamblers in a casino from hell. Every assignment is a matter of life and death. Their points determine where they sleep, what they eat, and how much say they have in their own lives. Desperate to survive, Kane discovers a unique advantage: he can see supernatural women’s character profiles, affection levels, and hidden needs. Armed with information no one else can access, he risks his life to rescue Scarlett, the ship’s icy security chief, earns the favor of the vampire queen Camilla, and uncovers a beautiful gambler’s secret during a game with deadly stakes. Again and again, he survives assignments that should have killed him. As his points and status rise, the once helpless target of everyone’s bullying gains the power to protect himself, winning over one dangerous, alluring supernatural woman after another. Meanwhile, Damon refuses to give up the upper hand. He keeps provoking Kane, but the struggle to survive exposes his selfishness and cowardice. The same people who once mocked Kane now have no choice but to turn to him for help. When his performance in the casino earns him a promotion to team leader, Kane gains the freedom to choose his assignments and build his own team. His ambitions soon reach beyond pleasure and payback to the ship’s mysterious captain. If he can climb all the way to the top, will he finally uncover the secrets of the Charon and the world he’s trapped in?
